His connection to paddleboarding drives his work, and he aims to create an inclusive, accessible interface for the hospitality, leisure, and tourism sectors. Sean believes that the businesses here define the energy, inspiration, and identity of Torbay.

An ocean adventurer, Brendon uses his world-first paddles and public speaking to promote water safety, mental well-being, and the power of coastal communities. His passion for paddleboarding has earned him the title of SUP Man of the Year 2022, and he brings his expertise to growing sports tourism in Torbay.

As a qualified project manager with a Master’s in Public Administration, Lyn understands how to bridge the needs of local businesses and tourism markets to government and charity sectors. She has played a pivotal role in building this community and gaining the support of Torbay Council, Local Community Partnerships, and other key stakeholders.
